Perkins Coie Ranked Top Firm by Corporate Board Member

SEATTLE (June 20, 2006) – Perkins Coie proudly announces that once again it has been ranked among the top five corporate law firms in the Seattle and Portland markets by Corporate Board Member magazine.
The annual study identifies the top 20 national corporate law firms and the top five corporate law firms in 25 major metropolitan areas. The results are based on surveys of directors serving on boards of publicly traded companies listed with the NASDAQ, New York or American Stock Exchanges. The respondents were asked to select the five local law firms they would most likely choose to aid their companies on a broad range of corporate legal issues. In Seattle, the firm was ranked as #1 for the fourth consecutive year. In Portland, it was ranked as #4.

This is the sixth year that Corporate Board Member has conducted its annual Legal Industry Research Study, sponsored by FTI, a Baltimore-based consulting firm.
