Perkins Coie Names Landefeld Head of National Business Practice

SEATTLE, WA (January 6, 2005) – Perkins Coie LLP announced today that Stewart M. Landefeld has been selected to lead the firm's national business practice group.

The group is comprised of nearly 200 attorneys working from 11 offices across the country. It has a broad charter, covering the full range of finance, transactional and counseling work for large public and private companies, leading emerging technology companies, private equity and venture capital firms, and some public entities.

The firm's national business practice has an impressive roster of clients.
