Perkins Coie Named One of the Best in Legal Writing

Perkins Coie proudly announces that it was named one of the best law firms in legal writing by the Burton Awards Foundation.

The Burton Awards for Legal Achievement were established by the Burton Awards Foundation ten years ago to honor law school students and law firm partners who use "plain, clear and concise language and avoid archaic, stilted legalese." Each year, the Foundation reviews articles submitted by the nation's 1000 largest law firms to select a group of honorees.

Perkins Coie attorneys have been selected for this prestigious award four times over the past ten years. Stewart Landefeld, David Taylor and Rebecca Hoskins were selected in 2009, Paul Eckstein was selected in 2008, Jerry Riedinger in 2006 and Robert Bauer in 2000.
