Using the results from surveys distributed to employees the San Francisco Business Times generates "The Best Places to Work in the San Francisco Bay Area" list by considering such areas as: team effectiveness, alignment of goals, trust with coworkers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, work engagement and people practices.
