Perkins Coie has launched its newest blog, www.patentlawinsights.com. The blog is dedicated to sharing the latest news and developments in patent law for the computer software and hardware industries. Rajiv Sarathy, the blog's editor, is a member of the firm's Patent Group and focuses his practice on patent procurement, infringement and validity analysis, licensing, IP counseling, and IP dispute management, specifically in the computer software and hardware industries.
