Perkins Coie Launches New Blog: Groundbreaking Law

SEATTLE (January 11, 2012) – Perkins Coie is proud to announce the launch of a new blog, Groundbreaking Law. The blog provides insights on design and construction topics such as statutory and regulatory changes, recent court opinions, sustainable and green building, BIM, insurance and project delivery methods.

Groundbreaking Law provides clients, including property owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, architects and engineers, with the latest developments in legal issues that impact commercial construction projects. Contributing authors are attorneys from the firm’s Construction and Real Estate Litigation practices.
