Perkins Coie Hosts Israel Company Delegation

MENLO PARK (November 5, 2008) – Perkins Coie recently hosted a delegation of 12 Israeli telecommunications companies in an unprecedented meet-and-greet with leading U.S. communications giants to discuss how the companies may work together on future projects.
Red Hill Partners, on behalf of The Government of Israel Economic Mission to Los Angeles and the Israeli Export Institute (IEICI), coordinated a brokerage event to bring twelve Israeli telecommunications companies to the U.S. to meet with heavy hitting U.S. companies including AT&T, Yahoo, Intel and HP, among others.
One-to-one meetings between Israeli and U.S. companies were hosted by Perkins Coie LLP in the firm's Menlo Park office. During these one-to-one meetings, U.S. companies had the opportunity to learn about each Israeli company's product and/or service. Discussions centered on how these U.S. companies could assist these Israeli telecom companies in business and market development initiatives, specifically through alliances, sales, OEM agreements, licensing, collaborative relationships, joint ventures and support services.
