Perkins Coie Beefs Up Boise Corporate Team – Melanie Rubocki Joins the Firm from Holland & Hart

BOISE, IDAHO (January 15, 2004) – Perkins Coie announced today that Melanie G. Rubocki has joined its Boise office as of counsel. Rubocki's practice focuses on corporate and business law with an emphasis on corporate governance, corporate finance and securities compliance, mergers and acquisitions, technology transfer and licensing, start-up and emerging growth company counseling and general business counseling.
