Perkins Coie Attorney Michael Bogert Named New EPA Region 10 Administrator

BOISE, IDAHO (August 11, 2005) – Perkins Coie attorney, L. Michael Bogert, a member of the firm's national Environment and Natural Resources practice, today was named the new Administrator for Region 10 of the Environmental Protection Agency. Region 10 encompasses the states of Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. Bogert has many years of distinguished experience in environmental and natural resources issues in the Pacific Northwest, including his service as counsel to Idaho Governor Dirk Kempthorne.
