Perkins Coie Announces Promotions of Four Attorneys

PORTLAND, ORE. (December 16, 2004) – Chris Hall, Tom Johnson, Jr., and Jay Zollinger, attorneys with Perkins Coie in Portland, were recently voted partners. In addition, Steve Hultberg was voted to Of Counsel.
Hall's areas of emphasis in the corporate finance practice include public offerings and private financing, securities law compliance, and mergers, acquisitions and restructurings. He also has experience in venture capital financings and private equity fund formations.
Johnson's practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, including antitrust, intellectual property, and securities and shareholder disputes. He currently serves as Chairperson Elect of the Antitrust and Trade Regulation Section of the Oregon State Bar.
Zollinger's area of emphasis is complex commercial litigation, including business disputes, securities and corporate governance litigation, product liability, commercial torts, and contract litigation.
Hultberg handles a variety of real estate and land use matters, and he has extensive experience in telecommunication facility siting.
