"We are pleased to have David on board with us,” said Steven Smith, Dallas Office Managing Partner.  "His extensive background in real estate and private equity will be an invaluable asset to our expanding commercial real estate practice here in the Dallas office."

Herbert focuses his practice on real estate finance and development, acquisitions, dispositions, hotel management, leasing, loan workouts and related matters.
