Perkins Coie Partner Christopher Daley-Watson spoke at this event on the topic of "The Changing Landscape for Patent Prosecution," which covered prospects for patent reform legislation in the United States and included an update on what is happening internationally.

Gibson Guitar Corp. as an example, Christopher Daley-Watson discussed four essential best practices that corporate counsel can utilize to obtain the broadest possible patents that result in the most protection for companies and their products. He also shared best practices that emerging companies should employ to preserve and protect their innovations.
