Nathan is a counsel with the firm's Patent Litigation practice. He advises clients in all areas of intellectual property, including patent, trademark, copyright and trade secrets. Nathan is experienced in litigating intellectual property matters in both federal and state courts across the country as well as before federal agencies such as the International Trade Commission (ITC) and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Nathan is also an accomplished patent prosecutor, authoring and securing dozens of patents across many technology fields. He also has considerable experience in technology transfers, licensing, and market clearances.
