Michael Simon has a broad-ranging trial and appellate business litigation practice with a special focus on antitrust cases and class actions. He also litigates and consults on matters relating to constitutional law and election and political law. He is a former trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, in Washington, D.C., and a former Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia. Michael is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and an adjunct professor of law at Lewis & Clark Law School.
