The Ninth Circuit's affirmation of a lower court decision ordering the disclosure of the identities of three anonymous online speakers who made allegedly defamatory statements as part of a company's online “smear campaign” against a competitor is the focus of an article authored by Perkins Coie Associate Ryan Mrazik.  The article, which appeared first on Perkins Coie's DigestibleLaw.com, was published in the September 2010 edition of the E-Commerce Law Report.
