Margaret Macdonald, a partner with the firm's Patent Litigation practice, focuses on Section 337 investigations before the United States International Trade Commission. She has represented American, European and Asian companies before the International Trade Commission and with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, both as complainants and respondents. These companies span a variety of industries, including electronics, semiconductors, telecommunications, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, large industrial equipment and consumer products. Margaret also has experience in district court patent litigation and in appellate practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
