With more than 30 years of experience in state and local tax law, Mike Young represents clients in state and local tax appeals and litigation and counsels them on tax planning, state refunds and rulings and multi-state tax issues. He is also the editor-in-chief of The Journal of Multistate Taxation and the ABA Sales & Use Desk Book and a frequent speaker and teacher in classes and seminars for schools and organizations including Georgetown, NYU, the University of Washington, the Committee on State Taxation (COST), the Tax Executives Institute (TEI), the Institute of Professionals in Taxation (IPT), the American Bar Association, the Washington Society of CPAs and the Oregon Society of CPAs.
