Melanie Rubocki Quoted in Idaho Business Review on Client's Federal Approval

Invest Idaho LLC, formerly known as I-Cubed, has won federal approval to channel money from qualified foreign investors into the local economy under the EB-5 visa program in an effort to help plug the gap in financing for startups. Perkins Coie Partner and counsel to Invest Idaho Melanie Rubocki was recently quoted in the Idaho Business Review on the company's federal approval. “The options out there now are you invest in a casino, hotel or ski resort,” said Rubocki. “The feedback we’re getting is that there is a whole population out there in the EB-5 program that will welcome this as refreshing compared to some of the other EB-5 options out there.”
