Megan E. Irwin joins Perkins Coie LLP

DENVER (April 18, 2005) Perkins Coie LLP is proud to announce that Megan E. Irwin has joined the firm's national environment and natural resources practice as an associate. Ms. Irwin will work in the firm's Denver office.

Her engineering background, combined with her experience as a commercial litigator, are representative of our firm's continuing commitment to our clients to provide a broad spectrum of first class legal services," said Jeffrey Cowman, managing partner in Denver.

Prior to moving to Denver in January, 2005, Ms. Irwin was a litigation associate at Mariscal, Weeks, McIntyre & Friedlander, P.A. in Phoenix, AZ. "I am excited to become a part of the Perkins Coie national environment and natural resources team. Joining this firm provides me with the opportunity to combine my experience in commercial litigation with my environmental and engineering background. I look forward to making a significant contribution to the firm's continued success," said Irwin.

Irwin received a B.S. in 1998 from the University of Washington where she majored in civil engineering. She received her J.D. in 2002 from the University of Arizona.
