Matt Dodge, an associate in the firm's Technology Transactions & Privacy practice, focuses his practice on intellectual property licensing and acquisitions, technology commercialization, private financings and corporate transactions. Matt has broad experience with intellectual property licensing and acquisitions in the Asia-Pacific region, including in China, India, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia. He also has experience in patent licensing, cloud computing licensing, intellectual property due diligence and software licensing.
