Nitin Khanna, Chief Executive Officer, MergerTech
The keynote presentation will focus on how M&A can help companies achieve inorganic growth and create opportunity for founders, investors and employees, and how the metrics may impact your tech business. Khanna was the co-founder and CEO of Saber Corporation, which was sold to EDS in 2007 for $420MM. Currently, he is the CEO of MergerTech, an investment bank by technology entrepreneurs for technology entrepreneurs.
