Lawrence Reichman

Larry Reichman focuses his practice on representing public utilities and other communications and energy companies in regulatory proceedings, litigation, and transactions. These include obtaining regulatory approval for a variety of transactions; general rate cases and other cost, rate, and rulemaking proceedings; litigation and appeals; municipal franchise matters; and wholesale transactions. He is currently leading the representation of a consortium of utilities in obtaining the local, state and federal permits required for a multi-state electric transmission project. He also represents businesses - including telecommunications companies, vehicle dealers and health care providers - on trade regulation and unfair trade practice matters, including Attorney General investigations and class actions.

As Associate General Counsel with Northwest Natural Gas Co., Larry worked on regulatory proceedings, gas storage project siting, transmission and commodity transactions, and business ventures.
