Leonard (Len) H. MacPhee

Len MacPhee, a partner in the firm's Commercial Litigation group, focuses his practice on franchise litigation, corporate and shareholder disputes, general business disputes, and employment litigation.  He frequently litigates issues relating to trade secrets, trade dress, covenants not to compete and enforcement of trademark rights under both contracts and the Lanham Act.  Len has extensive experience representing businesses before state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as arbitration panels.
