Laura Ewbank is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation practice. Laura's practice focuses on matters related to technology and Internet law in the areas of antitrust, privacy and security, intellectual property, and general commercial litigation. She also has experience litigating matters arising under the federal Sherman Act, Clayton Act, Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, CAN-SPAM Act, the Lanham Act, and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, as well as other federal and state causes of action. Laura is a member of a rapid response team that helps defend clients against illegal spamming, phishing, and other malicious online behavior. She is committed to pro bono work and has taken on pro bono cases in the areas of immigration, prisoners' rights, issues related to foster youth, guardianship, and children's mental health.
