Levin quoted in New York Times

In a New York Times article entitled, "Blagojevich Defense Team Scrambles After a Quick Prosecution" Joel Levin discussed the challenges facing the Blagojevich defense in the former Illinois Governor's federal corruption trial.  After offering powerful recorded evidence and testimony from some of the the governor's closest associates, the prosecution rested its case several weeks earlier than expected.  Levin noted that the Blagojevich tapes make it a much more difficult case to defend than the Governor George Ryan case where the government relied entirely on witness testimony.  See full article.
