Lee Stein Quoted in Compliance Week

Lee Stein commented on the increasing enforcement of anti-bribery laws around the world.  Greater cooperation among U.S. and foreign governments means that “a single matter can generate issues all over the world,” said Stein.  Companies can no longer assume foreign governments won’t find out about an issue, he says. Ten years ago, sharing enforcement information was the exception; now it’s the rule.
