Lee Curtis focuses his practice on federal government contract law, including debriefings and bid protest litigation, GSA Multiple Award Schedule contracts, data rights and software licenses, internal investigations and audits, government investigations, subpoenas and audits, mandatory and voluntary disclosures, country of origin requirements (Buy American Act, Trade Agreements Act and Berry Amendment), prime/subcontractor agreements and disputes resolution, service contracts and small business eligibility and performance issues. Mr. Curtis has represented clients in over 150 bid protests and defenses at the Government Accountability Office, court of Federal Claims, and various federal and state agencies.  He represents clients such as Boeing, Snap-On Tool, The Toro Company, OfficeMax, HCA Healthcare, Sabre Systems, Insight Technology, and Fibertek.
