Lance W. Bass

Lance Bass, a partner in the firm's Business practice, focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture capital, public offerings, securities law compliance and corporate governance.  He has represented public and private companies and individuals in numerous acquisitions, dispositions and restructurings, including strategic and private equity transactions.  He has also represented public and private companies in securities offerings and financings, including fund, company and angel investor representation in venture financing transactions.
