Kenneth Miller, a partner in the firm's Technology Transactions & Privacy practice, has 15 years of experience in intellectual property licensing and acquisitions, commercial contracting, strategic alliances, technology development and commercialization, biotechnology manufacturing and corporate transactions. He works with numerous private and public companies in the software, semiconductor, Internet, and biotechnology industries. He has significant experience in software licensing, patent licensing, patent purchases, intellectual property due diligence, open source risk management and technology transfer. He frequently handles intellectual property due diligence and licensing in connection with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and spin-outs.
