Kha Dang is a Partner in Perkins Coie's Seattle office and a member of the Emerging Companies practice group. Kha's practice focuses on the corporate and transactional needs of startups and high growth technology companies, including corporate formation and founders issues, angel and venture capital financing, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. Through multiple economic cycles, Kha has over a decade of legal experience advising startups and high growth companies, from both the outside law firm and as a former in-house general counsel. Kha serves as a key advisor to his clients on fundraising and strategic transactions, bringing a hands-on, practical and business-oriented approach to legal services. Kha's clients include companies in the interactive entertainment, digital media, cloud services, and cleantech sectors and the investors that invest in them. Kha is a frequent speaker on the topics of formation issues, startup issues, and angel and venture capital financing and has been listed in Washington Law & Politics, as a "Rising Star of Washington Law". Kha recently served as chair of Perkins Coie's Seattle Diversity Committee and Perkins Coie's Seattle Community Service Committee and on the Hiring Committee. Kha is co-founder of Digital Cleantech Seattle.
