Judy's clients represent a broad range of industries, including the software, semiconductor, retail, and education sectors.

Judy Weiss, of counsel in the firm's Corporate practice, focuses on general corporate matters including business counseling, secured transactions, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, the formation of entities and intellectual property matters including technology transfer, licensing, distribution agreements, and R&D agreements. 

Judy has been recognized as one of "America's Leading Business Lawyers" by Chambers USA and is active in a variety of professional leadership organizations. In addition to her professional leadership roles, Judy has long been involved in community service, having served as a board member for Children's Action Alliance, Arizona Foundation for Women and Friends of the Phoenix Public Library,  a family advocate for Homeward Bound, and a career coach for Arizona Friends of Foster Children. She also is the founder and former co-chair of the Women’s Forum.
