Jay Rossiter, a partner in the San Francisco office of Perkins Coie LLP, has over two decades of experience representing clients in the area of complex commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on insurance coverage disputes. He spent 10 years working out of Perkins Coie's Seattle office, where he litigated numerous environmental coverage cases relating to contamination and Natural Resource damages in Alaska, Washington and other regions of the Pacific Northwest. Jay also has extensive experience with insurance disputes relating to advertising liability, product liability and intellectual property matters, and regularly counsels and litigates matters in connection with all types of liability insurance, including D&O, general liability and media insurance policies.
