Jerry Riedinger focuses his practice on patent infringement, trade secret and complex intellectual property litigation. Jerry has over 40 years' experience conducting patent litigation, he has represented clients in more than 110 patent litigation matters, and has been lead counsel in more than 70 patent litigations.   • Impulse Technology Ltd. v. Nintendo of America Inc., et al. - Plaintiff dismissed with prejudice after Markman ruling favorable to client Nintendo. (U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio)
  • Air-Shields Inc. v. The BOC Group et al., Civil Action - Won consecutive liability and damages jury trials representing the plaintiff proving patent infringement. (U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland)
