Joel Levin was quoted in a recent New York Times article entitled "Passion and Success in U.S. Attorney's Office." Alumni of the Northern District of Illinois U.S. Attorney's office -- many of whom now work as high-profile defense lawyers -- say that when big cases arise the office takes a communal approach. Alumni Joel Levin, who helped prosecute former IL Governor George Ryan, said, "Anytime somebody is handling a high-profile case, all hands are on deck."
