Joel Levin Quoted on Legal Strategy in Barry Bonds Case

Chicago Partner Joel Levin was recently quoted in an article reviewing the likely legal strategy defense lawyers for baseball legend Barry Bonds will use in his perjury and obstruction of justice case. In the article, "Excluding drug test results key to Bonds legal strategy," Levin, noted that judges usually leave it up to jurors to assess the value of evidence like the lab results and doping calendars prosecutors would like to introduce at trial. Levin was once the chief of the Criminal Division for the Northern District of California, the same court prosecuting Bonds.
