Justin L. Moon

Justin Moon, a counsel in the firm's Technology Transactions & Privacy practice, focuses his practice in the areas of intellectual property, technology licensing, Internet and general corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships and divestitures. Justin counsels clients on a variety of intellectual property, technology, Internet and corporate law issues, and negotiates and drafts agreements, including licensing, development and distribution and acquisition agreements. He represents clients ranging from emerging growth and established technology companies to public corporations in the Internet, software and technology industries. His clients include Microsoft Corporation, Expedia Inc., Coinstar Inc. and the Seattle Mariners.
