Jaclyn N. Lasaracina

Jaclyn Lasaracina is an associate in the firm's Business practice.  She focuses her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities regulation, public company disclosure and corporate governance.  Jaclyn works with both public and private company clients in various industries, including software, technology, internet, retail, and utilities.  She has authored and contributed to articles on recent securities and corporate governance developments, including The Staggered Board Structure Under Scrutiny: Pros, Cons and Other Considerations and Seeking Shareholder Engagement: SEC Amends e-Proxy Rules to Increase Flexibility.
