John Kaplan, a partner with the firm's Business practice, focuses his practice on insolvency and bankruptcy matters as well as commercial litigation and commercial transactions. Mr. Kaplan represents commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) special servicers and other secured lenders in various foreclosure, receivership, and bankruptcy matters. He also represents borrowers in out-of-court restructurings, creditor compositions, and secured loan transactions.
