Jared focuses his practice on international commercial arbitration and complex products liability litigation. He has a specific experience with disputes involving technologically complex products in the aerospace industry, including commercial satellites. Jared is an adjunct professor of law, teaching Advanced International Commercial Arbitration at Seattle University School of Law.
In addition to litigating international disputes involving technologically complex products in the aerospace industry, Jared regularly counsels clients on drafting effective arbitration clauses for their international contracts in the aerospace, computer, licensing, and semiconductor industries. Jared also has substantial experience advising satellite manufacturers in their negotiation of satellite procurement agreements.
Away from the office, Jared devotes significant time and energy to the community. Jared is a longstanding member of the firm’s community service committee, an active contributor to the United Way of King County, and serves on the board of directors for two Seattle-based non-profit organizations that are committed to improving the lives of disabled children and adults.
