Jay Griffiths is an associate in the firm's Government Contracts practice. Jay counsels clients with issues involving defective pricing, FOIA disclosures, claims preparation, the Buy American Act, the Trade Agreements Act, the Berry Amendment, the Export Administration Regulations, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, and other agency export regulations and compliance matters.
Jay also has represented clients in bid protests and damages claims before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals.
