Jessica Everett-Garcia, a partner in the firm's Litigation practice, has experience representing a wide variety of clients in commercial litigation disputes, with particular emphasis on matters involving business and contract disputes, professional liability, securities litigation, antitrust litigation and state constitutional law.  In addition to litigation, Jessica regularly advises clients in connection with responding to third party subpoenas and advises on issues related to litigation loss reserves required by Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as well as compliance with other rules and regulations applicable to publicly reporting companies.  She also assists clients in negotiating strategic resolution of complex contract disputes before they reach arbitration or litigation.
