John Devaney is a member of the firm's litigation group where he focuses his practice in the areas of telecommunications litigation and commercial litigation. Over the years, John has represented multiple companies in dozens of arbitrations and trials before federal courts, state courts, and administrative agencies throughout the country. He also has represented clients US WEST Communications and Qwest Corporation in appeals before United States courts of appeals and in administrative appeals before United States district courts.
