John Devaney is a member of the firm's Litigation practice where he focuses his on the areas of commercial litigation, telecommunications litigation and civil rights litigation. Over the years, John has represented clients in dozens of proceedings before federal courts, state courts and administrative agencies throughout the country. He also has represented clients in more than 20 appeals, including appeals before the United States courts of appeals and administrative appeals before United States district courts.
