Jeffrey (Jeff) Bock

Jeff Bock is a partner in the firm's Technology Transactions & Privacy practice. His practice is focused on advising companies on intellectual property and technology matters and the commercial exploitation of their IP assets. He works with companies in a variety of industries ranging in size from start-ups to large public corporations.

Jeff offers extensive experience structuring and negotiating agreements in the areas of outsourcing, technology development, technology transfers, software and technology licensing, product development, product distribution, contract manufacturing and consulting services. He has experience advising large and small companies regarding the creation of IP assets, maintaining IP rights, leveraging the value of IP assets, and structuring business models to increase revenue from IP assets. Jeff also has extensive experience representing clients in private financings, strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, and in the formation of new companies.
