Joren's practice focuses on defending consumer class action litigation in state and federal courts, in particular cases brought under California's Unfair Competition Law (UCL), Bus. & Prof. Code § 17200, the Consumers Legal Remedies Act (CLRA), Bus. & Prof. Code § 17500 and other consumer protection statutes.
Joren also has extensive experience litigating business disputes and unfair competition, antitrust and intellectual property matters. Joren is also active in pro bono litigation, chairing the pro bono committee for the firm's Bay Area offices, including the litigation securing equal marital rights for gays and lesbians in California.
