James Pistorino Investigates Patent Cases in ED Texas

James Pistorino, Palo Alto Patent Litigation partner, takes an investigative look at the number of patent cases filed in the Eastern District of Texas from 2009-2010 and analyzes the increase in filings over the years for ED Tex compared to other districts in the United States.
