Hartmann Young Authors Article on the new State Secrets Policy

Attorney General Eric Holder recently announced a Department of Justice policy that allows the executive branch — with a judge’s approval — to keep highly sensitive national security information from disclosure in a courtroom. Hartmann Young recently authored an article entitled "State secrets, Congress, and the DOJ's perilous policy," published by The Hill, expressing concerns that the new policy leaves too much room for interpretation and exploitation by the DOJ.
