Gina S. Warren is an associate in the firm's commercial litigation practice group. Her practice includes litigation and negotiated resolution of business disputes, including contract disputes, real estate disputes and land use appeals. Gina has represented property owners, utilities, construction companies, and public entities in various litigation matters, including eminent domain actions. Gina also represents utilities in regulatory litigation before the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission and the Bonneville Power Administration, as well as in rule making actions before Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
