Partner Albert Gidari was quoted in the January 2009 cover story in Popular Mechanics, "When Hackers Attack: Practicing Cybersecurity at Home." The article describes how the increasing use of digital tools is leaving consumers vulnerable to privacy and data security breaches.

Gidari anticipates the rise in civil suits that seek location data from cell phone providers. "What I think is on the horizon is that in every insurance case involving a distracted driver, someone's going to ask, 'Was the driver on the phone?' and 'Was the driver texting at the time of the crash?'"
