| Senior Counsel
Gabrielle Bina is senior counsel in the firm's Patent Litigation practice. She has represented patent holders and accused infringers in disputes covering a wide range of technology, including medical devices, microprocessors, consumer products, and biotechnology. She has experience in all stages of litigation, from conducting discovery to motion practice to trial and appeal. She has particular experience in trying cases in the “rocket docket” Western District of Wisconsin, where she was previously an intern. Gabrielle has also worked on several pro bono matters, including the representation of a death row inmate.
