SEATTLE, Wash. (September 8, 2014) - Perkins Coie represented client Key Tronic Corporation (Nasdaq: KTCC), a provider of electronic manufacturing services (EMS), in its acquisition of CDR Manufacturing, Inc. (dba Ayrshire Electronics), a provider of printed circuit board assembly and other EMS services, for $46.9 million in cash.
